This notice explains how Pactum Advisor handles the personal information you provide through our website forms, WhatsApp or email. We collect only what is needed to reply to you and to assess a possible engagement.
What we collect
- Contact details you choose to give us (phone, WhatsApp number or email).
- Target-flat details you volunteer, such as estate name or listing link, district, block, floor, asking price, area and layout.
- Basic technical information such as the page path, referring site and browser details at the time of submission, so we know which pages generate enquiries.
How we use it
- To decide whether your target flat is suitable for Pactum to negotiate on, and to reply to you with that decision.
- If you become a client, to deliver the negotiation advisory service and related correspondence.
- To improve the quality of our content, using aggregate statistics only.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or pass your information to vendors, listing agents or other third parties for marketing.
- We do not publish the property details you submit, and we never create a shareable or search-indexable result page.
- We do not record your contact details or specific property details in website analytics.
Processors and security
- Submissions are stored in a protected database accessible only to authorised Pactum personnel.
- We use third-party providers for website hosting, database and email notifications; they process data only on our instructions.
Retention and your rights
- Enquiries that do not become engagements are generally kept for up to 24 months and then deleted.
- You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information and we will action it within a reasonable time.
